In order to get the special rate, the reservation has to be made through the hotel directly (not central reservations).  The phone number for the hotel is 425-644-2500.  You must mention that you are with the 'Eastern Washington Chess Group' to obtain the group rate.  The rates are $109 for a King or $139 for two double beds.   Since it is the Embassy Suites all rooms have the bed(s) mentioned plus a pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room.
